Front Mission 2 (v1.0) ROM Download for Playstation (PS1) on Emulator Games. Play Front Mission 2 (v1.0) game that is available in the United States of. Front Mission 2 is the first 3D title in the strategy/RPG series and the first to hit the Playstation. An isometric view is used to navigate your Wanzers (mech) on the battlefield. When the player engages an enemy the view switches to a 3rd-person perspective which shows the results of the battle. Such conflicts are waged with the wanzer, Front Mission-speak for mecha. Gameplay-wise, the game is a true return to Front Mission 2 roots while incorporating the best features from Front Mission 1, 3, and 4. The player takes part in turn-based missions, which pit their group of wanzers against enemy forces.

All the scripts have been translated, but apparently they did/could not insert all of the translated script for the Events in the game (ran out of space to work with, perhaps?). So, they’ve included a text file that contains the translated script for all the Events as a workaround.

So, the patch is now final and finished, but not quite technically complete. But with everything now translated–even if you have to refer to the text file to know what’s happening during most of the Events–this game should now be fully playable.

Because of possible compatibility problems with your ISO, there are 2 patches. If one does not work, then try the other (each time on a clean ISO).
